NextPath Labs ("we", "us") operates Chromiq, a color memory game for Android and iOS. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Display Name — the name you choose during onboarding, used for leaderboards.
• Game Scores — your scores, mode, difficulty, and timestamps are sent to our server for ranking purposes.
• Guest Player ID — a randomly generated ID to identify your account. No email or personal information is required.
• Device Information — anonymous analytics may collect device type, OS version, and app version for crash reporting.

2. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

3. Data Storage

Game data is stored locally on your device using Hive. Scores submitted to leaderboards are stored on our servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond ad networks.

4. Children's Privacy

Chromiq is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

5. Data Deletion

You can clear all local data by uninstalling the app. To request deletion of server-side data, contact us at support@nextpathlabs.com.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
