This Privacy Policy explains how Boot Dark Games, a brand operated by Cuality Corporation (“Boot Dark Games”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you play Final Dash (the “Game”) on Android, iOS and Steam, or when you use our website at www.bootdarkgames.com and the related online services (together, the “Services”).
Please read this policy carefully. By creating an account, downloading or using the Game, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Game and Services are developed and operated by Boot Dark Games / Cuality Corporation. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.
We only collect the data we need to run the Game’s features. The categories below describe exactly what we collect and why.
When you create an account, we collect:
If you sign in with Google Sign-In, we receive a unique Google account identifier and basic profile information (such as your email and display name) to create or link your account. We do not receive your Google password.
If you buy in-app products or the Game itself, the purchase is processed by the relevant store (Google Play Billing, the Apple App Store or Steam). We receive a confirmation that a purchase was made and, where applicable, a non-sensitive transaction/order identifier so we can grant your purchase. We never receive or store your full credit/debit card number or bank details — those are handled entirely by the store and its payment processors.

The free version of Final Dash shows ads through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. To serve ads, AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier and limited technical data. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and your consent choices.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data and associated records as described in Section 9, except where we are required to retain limited information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our agreements. Backups are rotated and purged on a regular schedule.

You can permanently delete your Final Dash account and its data at any time:
When you delete your account, we permanently and irreversibly remove your data, including: your username and email, your password hash, all gameplay and progress data, cosmetics and currencies, custom levels and structures, comments and posts, friend connections and direct messages, ratings, reports and leaderboard entries. This action cannot be undone. Limited records may be retained only where strictly required by law (see Section 8).
Final Dash is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. Where required, we apply additional protections such as serving only non-personalized ads to users we identify as children.
We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), salted one-way password hashing, access controls and server hardening. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
Our servers and service providers may be located in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Game or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
